The Good and The Bad
The two chairs I ordered were supposed to have a tilt mechanism. They did not have a working tilt mechanism. P&B sent me two new chairs, no questions asked. These two had the same problem. So that is the bad. They told me that the chair actually is not supposed to have a working tilt mechanism (despite the fact they had advertised it that way). The good - They made it right. They gave me a full refund and did not require me to send back the four chairs.
