All furniture we sell comes with a standard 1 year warranty. If you experience an issue with your purchase within this time, we will fix the defect, replace the item or refund the order in the event a replacement cannot be made.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@polyandbark.com who will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please be mindful that we will only accept returns if the product is returned in its new, unused condition. Products that have scratches, stains or damages (including those incurred in return shipping) are not returnable, for this reason we recommend purchasing return shipping insurance.

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, your return will be subject to a 30% repackaging fee.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs and we require all returns to be sent via major carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) and require that we be furnished with a tracking number for the return shipment via e-mail for us to process your refund. 

We will inspect the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your original payment method within seven days. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to facilitate an exchange. Please note we will provide replacements for items damaged during shipping, however we will not cover the cost of return shipping should you decide to return the order instead. You’ll need to email us with photos of the damaged merchandise during that time. If anything is missing from your order, please contact us so we can send you a replacement. Contact us at customercare@polyandbark.com or by calling 1 (855) 310-1450. In the event an exchange cannot be made, we will offer a substitute or refund.
All large items are delivered via LTL Freight, curbside delivery only. Please have an additional person or two and the appropriate tools (hammer, crow bar, pliers, etc) to help remove the item from the packaging and bring it inside. Unfortunately, we do not offer white glove service at this time, though there are many local companies who will offer white glove service for a nominal fee.
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 hours of placing it. If the order has not been processed for fulfillment, we can honor the request and refund your payment in full. Orders cancelled after processing may be subject to restocking fees. In the event that you cancel your order after it’s shipped, you may return it for a refund minus cost of shipping. Undeliverable packages will be restocked and treated as cancellations, meaning we’ll refund you for the product cost minus shipping.
We do not charge sales tax for any orders shipping to any state except CA.
In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hrs unless noted otherwise on the product page. Orders are usually delivered within 1 - 4 business days once the order has shipped. Please note, this is a approximate ship date and not a guaranteed delivery date as times may vary by freight carrier. Larger items may ship via LTL and may take longer to arrive.
