To request a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com who will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please be mindful that we will only accept returns if the product is returned in its new, unused condition. Products that have scratches, stains or damages (including those incurred in return shipping) are not returnable, for this reason we recommend purchasing return shipping insurance.
Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. The original packaging must be retained for returns. Without the original packaging, your return will be subject to a 30% repackaging fee.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs and we require all returns to be sent via major carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) and require that we be furnished with a tracking number for the return shipment via e-mail for us to process your refund.
We will inspect the returned merchandise within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your original payment method within seven days. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.
