The distinctive Wire Chair, designed by Harry Bertoia in 1952, is a fascinating feature of any room. The curves of the chair, formed of welded steel latticework, create a modern look and ensure seating comfort. The Leatherette cushion complements the elegant, shiny metal frame. The Italian designer had an extensive interest in the technical execution of bent rods, which resulted in his unique and appealing design classics.
Poly & Bark produces the Wire Chair with a highly-polished stainless steel frame. Complete with a cushion upholstered in durable Vinyl, in a choice of colors, this is a timeless piece that is built to last. In addition these chairs are remarkably comfortable.

User friendly wire chairs
They look great, are comfortable to use and rather easy to put together.
Can't beat the price.
I don't need the real thing, I just need sturdy chairs that look nice and will last. These fit the bill and weren't too painful to put together. Love them!
Good for the Price
I was very concerned about buying these chairs given the price. I read all the reviews and decided to go for it.. I was realistic that they are very inexpensive chairs. Is the welding perfect? - no of course not but it's really not noticeably. I was also formerly at Cranbrook and know the real deal very well but my pocket book cannot afford real anything. With realistic expectations I was actually quite pleased with my purchase! I am buying two more! They are comfortable too. Actually love them for the bucks!
Just beautiful. For years I have wanted them but couldn’t afford them. We both attended Cranbrook and Detroit Arts and Crafts. I will be ordering 6 more as soon as the table I am building to go with them is finished. John Tapert
