We love our Brighton drafting chairs for our new office. One chair in our order was defective, we emailed the company with a photo and they immediately sent us a replacement. NO questions asked. Tha k you!
The Good and The Bad
The two chairs I ordered were supposed to have a tilt mechanism. They did not have a working tilt mechanism. P&B sent me two new chairs, no questions asked. These two had the same problem. So that is the bad. They told me that the chair actually is not supposed to have a working tilt mechanism (despite the fact they had advertised it that way). The good - They made it right. They gave me a full refund and did not require me to send back the four chairs.
Good chair, Great value, Customer Service Rescue
In the end, I have been satisfied with my Poly & Bark chair. I ordered one model, and then went through 2-3 weeks of frustration as it seemed to refuse to ship. It turns out that the model was out of stock, but that wasn't clear in the ordering experience or to the customer service reps initially. One rep gave me a slight upgrade to a different model. I will say that the wait times were always short and that the reps were personable and helpful (although not effective the first couple calls). In the end, the chair is very nice. Would buy another from Poly & Bark
