Delivery Information

Most orders take 2-3 business days to process and ship out of our fulfillment centers unless a specific estimated shipping date is displayed.

Our products are delivered in two ways, either:

Parcel Delivery
Products marked "Parcel Delivery" in the details tab, ship via UPS or Fedex and once shipped you can expect delivery to take about 3-5 business days or less to deliver.

Truck Delivery (e.g. sofas, large tables, large order quantities, etc.)
Products marked "Truck Delivery" in the details tab, ship using a freight truck and will be delivered to the entrance of your home, garage or building into the first room available (does not include upstairs or room of choice). Please contact us if you need help with room of choice, un-packaging, debris removal or upstairs delivery. Once shipped, delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on your delivery address. Our delivery partners will contact you prior to your estimated delivery date to schedule an exact date of delivery.

Trattoria arm chairs

Very happy with purchasing these chairs! Was afraid they’d be too small but they’re not, also surprisingly comfortable. I have a bad back but these chairs offer the support I need to sit comfortably. Don’t take up much space, shipping was fast, each chair took less than 5 minutes to put together. They look great with our farmhouse table and they’re so easy to clean- if you have kids. You can’t beat them for the price

Extremely happy!

The chairs are very sturdy and I love the matte black. Exactly what I was looking for. Loved them so much we purchased 40 of them for our small restaurant.

high quality chairs!

i have researched chairs on many different sites. at first i was skeptical because of the low price, but i couldn’t be happier with the quality of these metal chairs. this is the second chair purchase i’ve made and would definitely come back for more! great look, great quality, and great pricing!!
