Incorrect Lead Time and Wrong Dimensions Listed
I was in search of a long coffee table (we bought a big couch), and was excited to find the York coffee table - as it was 74" L. I was happy with the overall look and price, so I ordered it. The website says the product will ship in 2-3 days. I hadn't heard anything after a week, so I reached out to customer service. I was told it would be looked into and never heard anything again. I then used the chat function and was told the shipping manager would take care of the item. I finally received the shipping notification and received the package yesterday. The overall lead time wasn't terrible, just not what was expected given the information on the website, and the people that worked with me in customer service weren't able to give a realistic estimate. Please update the information on the website, so customers know when to realistically expect their items. Here's where the real disappointment comes in: my sweet husband assembled the table before I got home from work. I walked in and asked why the table was so tiny. It is NOT 74" L. The table is 47" L - the numbers are reversed on both the description on the website, closeup image with dimensions, and all information I could track down. I'm generally happy with the quality and appearance of the table - it's just MUCH smaller than what I had ordered. PLEASE update your website with the correct dimensions! Now that the table is assembled, I'm not sure we are able to return it, nor do I want to pay for the return fees. I'm going to have to get creative with additional furniture in the room.
