I love the kitchen counter stools I purchased. I've never seen any quite like them and they're very comfortable and sturdy. Customer service was great when I contacted to make sure my address was correct. The stools were packaged beautifully and no assembly was required. Wonderful experience.
Love our furniture. We have several items. Two pull out leather sofas, a grey sofa, two living room chairs, 3 bar stools and a leather bench. We have had them for a few months and they are looking great. Delivery was exceptional. I am so glad we ordered online! Their reward system also allowed us to get some of these items essentially for a fraction of the cost.
I really like the dining table I bought from P&B. Excellent quality, website description was accurate, purchase process easy. The one complaint I do have: the table was shipped when it became available, some weeks after the online purchase, but I was out of town the week it arrived. Fortunately, friendly neighbours brought it inside the house. I would have preferred coordination over the shipping/receiving date.
I really took my time picking couches between all the brands and platforms. Poly and Bark is what stood out. So I took my chance with one of their couches. The quality, and the aesthetic.. chef’s kiss*. Customer service was also superb. Very friendly staff, communicative, and they do not leave any questions unanswered. I will definitely refer and buy again!
