easy order and quick delivery of a fine product

Bought a set of 4 chairs, 3 of the 4 arrived damaged. Had to deal with customer service, which was either someone very unintelligent or AI, either way, took about 8 emails more than it should have. They wanted me to send all 4 chairs back first instead of just 3 or waiting to see if the replacements arrive damaged. When I got the replacement set, 1 of the 4 was damaged, but tolerably so. This would have made more sense to send the replacement to me before having me return the chairs. The customer service process was too painful to repeat so I just have 1 damaged chair and 3 good chairs. Should have just paid the higher price at article.

Looks great comfortable. You could improve by adding attachments to the back of cushions. They fall over quite easily.

The leather couch I ordered is beautiful and comfortable. I was initially nervous due to the price and because I was not familiar with the brand, but the piece is perfect. High quality, comfortable, and great color.

It's always a little scary ordering something as large as a sofa online - I had to trust other reviewers experience and did so with Poly & Bark. The first sofa, a leather Chesterfield style, arrived in perfect condition - the only problem I had, was the back was perfectly upright - meaning no leaning back at all - I found it really aggravated my back problem, that I've had for years. So I contacted P&B customer service via email, who replied within 24 hours asking if I'd like to return for a refund (less $99 shipping fee, which is clearly stated in their policies) or if I'd like a store credit (which then has no shipping fee to return the sofa). Being that the sofa was beautiful, true leather, exceptional quality, etc.....I trusted that I'd just take the store credit. And they arranged to have the delivery company pickup the unwanted sofa and I ordered a new one (with a more reclined back!). SO HAPPY with the new sofa - and the entire Poly & Bark experience! I now have a P&B Sofa, 2 leather P&B Chairs, a P&B Desk, and a P&B Nightstand! Great Quality furniture is so hard to find these days without paying thousands of dollars for custom made. This is priced right - and exceptional materials and construction quality. I highly recommend.
