I have been nothing but pleased with poly and bark. My couch was a comfortable moderate firm on arrival and gets more comfortable with time without looking sloppy. The leather is beautiful and doesn’t scratch as easily as I anticipated. Shipping was timely, communication about having to reschedule shipping date was easy, delivery crew spoke my language and were very careful not to damage the house or product.
My Poly & Bark couch is gorgeous and comfortable and will last for years to come! I get compliments on it all the time. It was easy to construct and the delivery team was very kind, helpful, and professional. I worked with their customer service team to exchange the first couch only because it wouldn't fit through my door. They were so helpful, professional, and well-versed on their product offerings. It was easy to put in a new order for a small sectional that would fit through my door. I highly recommend Poly & Bark to folks who want a solid, quality product!

**Edited my review not on the specific item that I bought, But for literally two years I've tried to buy a dining room table that they carry. Well I couldn't quite afford it I wait till they have a 20% off sale on everything on their website, The minute I get the email announcing the sale I try and buy that table and every time that table as well as the other one that I wanted are not available, out of stock. The first few times I figured it was just out of stock, but after a few years it kind of makes me wonder.... Recently the table was deleted completely from their website!
Exceptional quality and customer service. I ordered the swatches first to help me pick the color I was looking for. The reps were very responsive and happy to assist when I had questions. I love the Italian leather sofa and ottoman I received and will be a returning customer.
Excellent! That is the only word I can think of to describe my experience with Poly & Bark. I purchased a leather sofa and bench that are of exquisite quality, have been delivered on time and in perfect condition and now they are making my living room look warm and polished. The pieces needed some minor assembly of the legs and that was were easily done by one person in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this brand.
