Truck Delivery (e.g. sofas, large tables, large order quantities, etc.)
Products marked "Truck Delivery" in the details tab, ship using a freight truck and will be delivered to the entrance of your home, garage or building into the first room available (does not include upstairs or room of choice). We offer Room of Choice, and Room of Choice + Assembly at checkout for an added cost. Please note: upgraded delivery options are non-refundable once shipped. Please contact us if you need make any other shipping related arrangements.

What to expect with your delivery

Your order will be in transit from our fulfillment center for approximately 7-21 days, depending on your delivery location. Please note your shipment tracking may not show any progress or movement during transit. Once your order arrives at your local delivery hub, and the delivery route has been established, you will be contacted by our final mile delivery partner to schedule a delivery appointment.

Estimated Delivery Date

Estimated arrival dates provided on the checkout page and on the carrier's website are estimates only that are subject to change. Due to the current extreme demand for shipping, transit times may be further delayed. Truck deliveries are unlike small parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx and don't have regular routes to every neighborhood each day.

Once the carrier confirms the route, they will contact you at least 24 hours prior to delivery to confirm your appointment.

Delivery Appointment

As soon as our final mile delivery partner receives your shipment and confirms a route, they will contact you to confirm a delivery appointment day and time. Please make sure you will be present at the time of the delivery to receive your order.  

Inspecting your delivery

Inspect every inch of your furniture as soon as you receive it. We will need to report any damage or issues to the carrier as soon as possible.  It is important to us that your furniture arrives in perfect condition. We expect nothing less and neither should you. 

Approve and Accept

Before your order leaves our warehouse, each package is inspected by our shipping team to make sure it is in perfect condition. However, we know damage can sometimes occur in transit. In the event that your furniture has been damaged, please note that on your Proof of Delivery form.

Refuse Delivery

Don’t worry if anything is damaged in transit—we have you covered! Before refusing the delivery, take some pictures of the damage and write "refusing delivery due to damage" on any documentation that the delivery partner requests you to sign. After you have refused delivery please call our friendly customer support team between 6 AM and 5 PM PST weekdays at 1-855-310-1450, chat with us live on our website, or simply reply to this email. 

Repackaging Fee

Please make sure to keep all original packaging. You will need it if you want to return your item(s). If you do not have your original packaging, a repackaging fee will apply. For more details, please visit our FAQ page.

I had been looking for a well made yet affordable leather couch...and did an extensive amount of online research. I took a chance and ordered two couches...and am super pleased. They came quickly, and were so easy to set up..I did it myself. They are beautiful and soft enough that my teenagers friends crashed on them the next day. I recommend highly!

My experience with Poly & Bark was wonderful. I contacted customer service a few times before, during, and after ordering my sofa, and they were so nice and helpful! As far as the sofa goes, it is GORGEOUS! It does scratch easily, but that doesn’t bother me. I just used Otterwax Leather Oil on it for the first time (per a suggestion from customer service), and the leather looks better than when I first opened the box. The back cushions get a little saggy, but I’ve made fluffing them part of my nightly routine. Takes 30 seconds. I have cats, and their claws haven’t gauged the leather or left deep scratches. The back is a little lower than I expected, but overall, I would still recommend this sofa. (Also please ignore the floors in my photo. We live in a fixer upper and haven’t done the floors yet!

I wanted to wait to review this sofa after we had used it for a couple weeks. We shopped around for a sofa for months because we have two shedding dogs. One of them will not let us cut her nails. The first sofa we had was a fabric sofa that was “made for pets” it was ruined after a couple months even though we regularly cleaned it. I decided to get a leather sofa because of the shedding and upholstery just is too much upkeep for something used as much as a sofa. This sofa is amazing!!!!! The leather is amazing quality. I already conditioned the leather after a month and it made it look brand new. The dogs scuffed it up a bit and I was worried but those scuffs buffed up after using a gentle leather conditioner. I would highly recommend this sofa to anyone!!! Especially dog owners. I will update this review after our 6 month mark. The photos are after using the leather conditioner which you can see has buffed out the dog scuffs

Great couch, poor delivery service.

I was so excited to get this couch. It was all I ever wanted to make my newly renovated space be perfect and was a good price for the quality promised. Shipment was speedy and mostly painless and I was SO READY.... until the delivery service that Poly & Bark outsources dropped off my new couch that was badly damaged with a broken frame and ripped leather. I called Poly & Bark right away and they were so nice on the phone and promised me a replacement ASAP and said that I was allowed to use the current couch while I waited so I wasn't without furniture in my living room, which I found so kind. And this is where the kindness ends. I never heard back from Poly & Bark again without first reaching out to ask if the replacement was on the way, what carrier would be coming to my home, etc. They scheduled two separate shipping companies to pick up my damaged item so I spent three hours one day on the phone trying to figure out who to release the couch to. Additionally I had to miss two days of work to fix the mistake of the shipping company and when my replacement did arrive, the outsourced company refused to assemble the couch AS PROMISED BY POLY AND BARK. They also refused to take away the large box the sofa came in so now I have to pay to dispose of the wrappings. The couch is beautiful but if you're in the Northeast, try to find a local company or wait until this company stops using XPO shipping services.

My experience with Poly and Bark was fantastic from start to finish! Everything regarding the shipping and delivery of my couch went off without a hitch. The couch itself is a dream. Always a bit nerve racking ordering online without being able to try something out first, but I’m glad I decided to take the plunge. I’ll enjoy my sorrento couch for years to come!
