Our products are delivered in two ways, either:

 

Parcel Delivery
Products marked "Parcel Delivery" in the details tab, ship via UPS or FedEx. Please refer to the product page and tracking info, for delivery estimate. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and actual delivery times may vary or be subject to change. 

 

Truck Delivery (e.g. sofas, large tables, large order quantities, etc.)
Products marked "Truck Delivery" in the details tab, ship using a freight truck and will be delivered to the entrance of your home, garage or building into the first room available (does not include upstairs or room of choice). We offer Room of Choice, and Room of Choice + Assembly at checkout for an added cost. Please note: upgraded delivery options are non-refundable once shipped. Please contact us if you need make any other shipping related arrangements.

Our delivery partners will contact you to schedule an exact date of delivery once the shipment has arrived at the delivery terminal and a route has been established

What to expect with your delivery

Your order will be in transit from our fulfillment center for approximately 7-21 days, depending on your delivery location. Please note your shipment tracking may not show any progress or movement during transit. Once your order arrives at your local delivery hub, and the delivery route has been established, you will be contacted by our final mile delivery partner to schedule a delivery appointment.

Estimated Delivery Date

Estimated arrival dates provided on the checkout page and on the carrier's website are estimates only that are subject to change. Due to the current extreme demand for shipping, transit times may be further delayed. Truck deliveries are unlike small parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx and don't have regular routes to every neighborhood each day.

Once the carrier confirms the route, they will contact you at least 24 hours prior to delivery to confirm your appointment.

Delivery Appointment

As soon as our final mile delivery partner receives your shipment and confirms a route, they will contact you to confirm a delivery appointment day and time. Please make sure you will be present at the time of the delivery to receive your order.  

Inspecting your delivery

Inspect every inch of your furniture as soon as you receive it. We will need to report any damage or issues to the carrier as soon as possible.  It is important to us that your furniture arrives in perfect condition. We expect nothing less and neither should you. 

Approve and Accept

Before your order leaves our warehouse, each package is inspected by our shipping team to make sure it is in perfect condition. However, we know damage can sometimes occur in transit. In the event that your furniture has been damaged, please note that on your Proof of Delivery form.

Refuse Delivery

Don’t worry if anything is damaged in transit—we have you covered! Before refusing the delivery, take some pictures of the damage and write "refusing delivery due to damage" on any documentation that the delivery partner requests you to sign. After you have refused delivery please call our friendly customer support team between 6 AM and 5 PM PST weekdays at 1-855-310-1450, chat with us live on our website, or simply reply to this email. 

Repackaging Fee

Please make sure to keep all original packaging. You will need it if you want to return your item(s). If you do not have your original packaging, a repackaging fee will apply. For more details, please visit our FAQ page.

Oh my, I was looking for a chair for my music room and searched for months. I was reluctant to buy online with shipping risks, etc..., but I couldn’t take my eye off this chair. I decided that since it’s free shipping each way to give it a shot. I ordered last Saturday and I am now sitting in it the very next Friday night (listening to Gordon Lightfoot on vinyl). I was looking for something like my ‘grandpa’s’ chair, and this is it. The leather is supple and now the room smells like leather. The way it was packaged, unless the truck tumbled over a cliff, there is no way it could have arrived with a ding - no dings or dents. Before we got it down to my music room, my wife made me place it in various places upstairs to see where she could put one too (she said I didn’t need a chair and now she says that I made a great purchase). Seriously, don’t hesitate this was flawless. I am a real person, so I think you can email me if you need more...

Received the chair. It's beautiful, comfortable and great quality. However, the amount of styrofoam packaging used was totally obscene. Surely Poly & Bark can find a better way to ship their product in 2021 than... styrofoam??? Please let me know if/when you update your packaging approach and I'll be back as a customer. But until then, I'll be shopping at other stores that take sustainability a bit more seriously.

Even better then I thought

Absolutely love these chairs! The quality is incredible. We purchased two for our living room. I thought they would be nice as we had already ordered leather swatches from P&B, but was even surprised at the quality. Very pleased and are planning to order a couch to go with the pair.
