Mostly an easy ordering experience, but they trick you some with deals that you can't apply (for instance you can build up points but can't apply them at the same time as discounts). Also I ordered a chair that said it was in stock only to receive a message the next day that it was backordered and had to wait a month instead of a week to receive it.

I purchased the NAPA sleeper & boy, I am thrilled. It is honestly the best sofa I have ever owned. I was extremely leery about purchasing from a new-to-me online furniture company, so much so, that I screenshot about every step of the purchase 10 times (not kidding) just in case I needed to deal with my cc company. MUCH to my surprise and gratitude, I received great communication, a prompt delivery (unit was coming from the west coast and it took about 3 weeks to come out east) and more importantly than anything... an "omg it is stunning", sofa! We pulled out the bed to see how bad that pull out would be for guests, both my hubby and I laid down and there was just silence... like we were waiting for that bar to magically start hurting our backs or something, then about a minute in, we turn to look at each other (yes, both of us still laying there) and we said in unison... we could totally sleep on this!!! Talk about a win! Something that I didn't notice when I bought it but I honestly think its why the sofa is so dang comfortable, it has one seat cushion across the entire seat, no gaps in between cushions. The sofa is now where my hubby moves to the moment he wants to relax (aka fall asleep watching some football), which says a ton because he has his favorite recliner, the sofa has replaced that!!! I ended up buying two more sofas from them for the big living room and I purchased different ones because of the decor in that room, and I don't love them as much as I love this one. They look and are made GORGEOUS too, but nothing beats the Napa for comfort, omg seriously give it a try!

I do not typically write reviews but purchasing furniture from Poly and Bark has been a uniquely positive and refreshing experience in a world that mostly disappoints. We purchased multiple pieces. Big and small. Everything came packaged securely, with all the parts, and the assembly was easy. Most of all, the pieces were of tremendous quality and were as beautiful or more so than the online images. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Beyond impressed the customer service and honesty of this company. I had an issue with the couch I ordered. They immediately exchanged it for a new one. I plan on purchasing furniture from them in the future and have been sharing my positive experience with friends and family.

The deliveries were fast and the furniture is very high quality.. The only wish I had is that Poly & Bark offered throw pillows to match the distressed green couch or more throw pillow options in general.. I'm satisfied.

This is a beautiful and high-quality couch. Poly and bark provided a free sample of the leather beforehand, which was really key in having the confidence for the purchase, as I knew the color and quality of the leather beforehand. It was super easy to assemble and we get lots of compliments. The storage is awesome in the chaise, and the bed is very comfortable, though a little bit short for my husband, who is 6'3". Overall, we are really happy with the couch and satisfied with the quality for the price.

We absolutely love our Poly and Bark sofa. It fits perfectly in our space and completes our small living quarters. The delivery was smooth and easy and the installation was seamless. It is great quality and for the price, it’s even better. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

We selected these chairs based on their style and size. They are even better than expected. The chairs are well made, and were delivered without any damage. Extremely comfortable and stylish. They are comfortable and solid.

The customer service was great! I inadvertently ordered the wrong color and when I called them they were able to change it. The bench looks great in our entryway!

It was a risk buying a couch online. But this one got great reviews and the price is great so we went for it. Did not disappoint. After about 1.5 months of owning this couch, I love it so much. So comfy. Just the right amount of soft and firm. Looks so nice. Delivery took a while but the guys who did the actual delivery were great. I’m so happy with this purchase.

LOVE the chairs, HATE the packaging!!! The chairs were beautiful and we love them but the excessive packaging alone is enough for us not to buy from them again. There has to be a better way to package the furniture, and there was so much waste and plastic. Please find a way to package better or at least use more recyclable items. We filled our garbage bin and then had to find a dumpster because we ran out of room. We purchased 3 chairs. Again, lovely chairs, but wow seeing the amount of packaging material we had to throw away was daunting.

High quality leather furniture and a fair snd reasonable price point. We love our ottoman snd how it matches our space. We could not be more satisfied! 👍🏼

I am always very impressed with Poly and Bark's attention to detail when it comes to packing and shipping my furniture pieces. No scratches or bent legs....everything was in perfect condition and has held up very well. I highly recommend shopping with P&B!

I bought the Napa Velvet green couch and matching ottoman…the cushions are velvety and beautiful. It is very sturdy and comfortable to sit on too. The only downsides are that the back cushions flatten down and need fluffed up every couple of days, since we lay our arms out on them quite often. One other thing - the couch very rarely will have a stray feather poke out. It happened more when we first purchased the couch, but it has slowed down dramatically since then. Overall, I love the look of the couch, the comfortability, and the craftsmanship. I would buy from them again…way better than anything on Wayfair or Amazon.
