Finely crafted in the classic Chesterfield tradition, our Lyon sofa in rich toned leather lends sheer sophistication and comfort to your living space. It features handsome diamond button tufting and rolled arms with full-grain pure-aniline (cognac tan) or semi-aniline (other colors) dyed Italian tanned leather upholstery. The cognac tan color emphasizes the natural beauty of each hide offering a unique look to each piece. With minimal processing, aniline hides proudly display the natural hallmarks of genuine leather such as fat wrinkles, growth marks, healed scars, insect bites and scratches. Similar to marble or a beautiful piece of timber, each leather will vary in color tone and pattern and will change, mark and stain, softening into its rich patina with age. Seat pillows filled with duck down create indulgent softness while beveled wood legs in espresso finish present an impeccably polished look.

Parcel Delivery

Truck Delivery (e.g. sofas, large tables, large order quantities, etc.)
Products marked "Truck Delivery" in the details tab, ship using a freight truck and will be delivered to the entrance of your home, garage or building into the first room available (does not include upstairs or room of choice). We offer Room of Choice, and Room of Choice + Assembly at checkout for an added cost. Please note: upgraded delivery options are non-refundable once shipped. Please contact us if you need make any other shipping related arrangements.

What to expect with your delivery

Your order will be in transit from our fulfillment center for approximately 7-21 days, depending on your delivery location. Please note your shipment tracking may not show any progress or movement during transit. Once your order arrives at your local delivery hub, and the delivery route has been established, you will be contacted by our final mile delivery partner to schedule a delivery appointment.

Estimated Delivery Date

Estimated arrival dates provided on the checkout page and on the carrier's website are estimates only that are subject to change. Due to the current extreme demand for shipping, transit times may be further delayed. Truck deliveries are unlike small parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx and don't have regular routes to every neighborhood each day.

Once the carrier confirms the route, they will contact you at least 24 hours prior to delivery to confirm your appointment.

Delivery Appointment

As soon as our final mile delivery partner receives your shipment and confirms a route, they will contact you to confirm a delivery appointment day and time. Please make sure you will be present at the time of the delivery to receive your order.  

Inspecting your delivery

Inspect every inch of your furniture as soon as you receive it. We will need to report any damage or issues to the carrier as soon as possible.  It is important to us that your furniture arrives in perfect condition. We expect nothing less and neither should you. 

Approve and Accept

Before your order leaves our warehouse, each package is inspected by our shipping team to make sure it is in perfect condition. However, we know damage can sometimes occur in transit. In the event that your furniture has been damaged, please note that on your Proof of Delivery form.

Refuse Delivery

Don’t worry if anything is damaged in transit—we have you covered! Before refusing the delivery, take some pictures of the damage and write "refusing delivery due to damage" on any documentation that the delivery partner requests you to sign. After you have refused delivery please call our friendly customer support team between 6 AM and 5 PM PST weekdays at 1-855-310-1450, chat with us live on our website, or simply reply to this email. 

Repackaging Fee

Please make sure to keep all original packaging. You will need it if you want to return your item(s). If you do not have your original packaging, a repackaging fee will apply. For more details, please visit our FAQ page.

Love LOVE Love this sofa! ( Lyon Sofa) It is so beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. My 1st time ordering a sofa I never sat on... but one of my best friend ordered their Napa sofa & it was elegant so I gave it a try! I love the classic chesterfield look but wanted a cognac color & this sofa checked off all the boxes. Ordering was so easy. They delivered sooner than expected. Assembly was simple (screw on the legs). You don’t have to hassle on price or be pressured to buy warranty and all the other stuff you get at a furniture store. Waiting for an accent chair to be back in stock & going to order from Poly & Bark again!

This sofa is awesome! We got it a month ago and it has held up really well to light/moderate use. The cognac leather is really nice; my husband is a leather worker and he approves. The dimensions are just right — it’s perfect for 2 people to sit very comfortably, and the back height hits in just the right place. I would definitely recommend! Love the timeless chesterfield look of the Lyon.

Very soft and supple leather

I got this earlier and just installed in my space. The fit and finish is very nice. Leather is very soft and supple. Couch seats are deeper than expected, which is a huge plus, as I enjoy cuddling with my girlfriend. Come in a huge cardboard box. Legs were inside the couch (stand the couch up and unzip the bottom to get the box with the legs). Legs came with screws and hex key. Screws were nice and solid. Not the puny ones I have seen before. Overall, very happy with the couch. 8 way hand tied is the only way to go!
