Yes. Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. If your order has already left our warehouse, it will be treated as a return. Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Our returns team will walk you through the next steps and provide instructions for returning your item. Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Any applicable Final Sale terms will be clearly noted on the product or collection page before purchase.
