Bought 3 bar stools for our new house. Settlement got pushed back and their customer service was incredible !!! Held our items until we moved into the house. The bar stools were amazing and came completely assembled. We will continue to purchase with Poly & Bark !!!
Bought a set of 4 chairs, 3 of the 4 arrived damaged. Had to deal with customer service, which was either someone very unintelligent or AI, either way, took about 8 emails more than it should have. They wanted me to send all 4 chairs back first instead of just 3 or waiting to see if the replacements arrive damaged. When I got the replacement set, 1 of the 4 was damaged, but tolerably so. This would have made more sense to send the replacement to me before having me return the chairs. The customer service process was too painful to repeat so I just have 1 damaged chair and 3 good chairs. Should have just paid the higher price at article.
It's always a little scary ordering something as large as a sofa online - I had to trust other reviewers experience and did so with Poly & Bark. The first sofa, a leather Chesterfield style, arrived in perfect condition - the only problem I had, was the back was perfectly upright - meaning no leaning back at all - I found it really aggravated my back problem, that I've had for years. So I contacted P&B customer service via email, who replied within 24 hours asking if I'd like to return for a refund (less $99 shipping fee, which is clearly stated in their policies) or if I'd like a store credit (which then has no shipping fee to return the sofa). Being that the sofa was beautiful, true leather, exceptional quality, etc.....I trusted that I'd just take the store credit. And they arranged to have the delivery company pickup the unwanted sofa and I ordered a new one (with a more reclined back!). SO HAPPY with the new sofa - and the entire Poly & Bark experience! I now have a P&B Sofa, 2 leather P&B Chairs, a P&B Desk, and a P&B Nightstand!
Great Quality furniture is so hard to find these days without paying thousands of dollars for custom made. This is priced right - and exceptional materials and construction quality. I highly recommend.
This leather couch is amazing. The leather is soft and great quality. The couch looks modern and sophisticated. Ordering through Poly and Bark is effortless and stress free. Don't think twice about ordering online. The couch was delivered ahead of schedule. The delivery company was absolutely professional. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Boho, Beachy, Modern, Minimal and Classic Poufs
Have you ever sat and thought about the versatility of a pouf? Seriously. Some place to put your feet up, storage, extra seating, a table of sorts. Did you know that one of the original uses for poufs was for gatherings so that guests did not have to sit directly on the floor? How considerate of hosts, right? Hosts and hostess come one come all.
Poufs and Ottomans
The difference between a Pouf and an ottoman is that poufs structure is completely reliant on the outer design because it lacks it at its core. They also usually sit lower to the ground for that person who just needs a little cushion between them and the floor.
With the absence of the interior frame, poufs tend to be a more comfortable resting place. They may lack back support but we’ll just let that be an incentive to correct our posture. You’re more than likely slouching right now. Go boho with the Kali or keep it light and airy with the Charming timelessness of the Metz Boucle. We can only speak for ourselves but we’ve never met anyone who said they didn’t have a use for a pouf. What’s yours? We know you have one.
